Mako Shark


The Mako Shark is highly sought for its tender meat, the best of the sharks. Very similar to swordfish, but slightly sharper and more flavorful. The Atlantic Mako Shark is one of the largest commonly seen sharks in the western Atlantic and one of the best to eat.

Cooking Methods:
